Co-Founder and Managing Director
Daniel is an engineer, founder and operator with fifteen years spent building businesses across consulting, engineering, distribution, education, media and deep-tech.
His work sits at the intersection of technical strategy, commercial opportunity and operating execution - finding what is missing, building the system around it, and turning it into something that can scale.
At Tuyo, Daniel leads investment thesis, capital allocation, company formation and operations.
Matthew Borsos
Co-Founder and Director
Matthew is an operator with more than two decades across creative, technical and commercial environments.
His background spans music production, project delivery, operations and long-term commercial relationships - experience that shapes how Tuyo approaches people as much as it does capital.
At Tuyo, Matthew leads partnerships and works alongside the principals and operators behind each opportunity.
Built by operators.
Tuyo did not begin with an investment model and work backwards.
It grew from years spent building and running companies - hiring people, winning work, developing products, entering markets, managing cash, installing systems and living with the decisions afterwards.
That operating experience is what Tuyo brings to every company it backs.
