This website, tuyo.capital, is operated by Tuyo Capital Pty Ltd (ACN 697 376 766) of Sydney, Australia. In this policy, Tuyo Capital Pty Ltd is called Tuyo.

This policy explains what personal information Tuyo receives through this website, how Tuyo uses it, and how you can contact Tuyo about it.

Tuyo handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Businesses with an annual turnover of $3 million or less are generally not required by the Privacy Act to comply with those principles. Tuyo applies the Australian Privacy Principles to the personal information described in this policy whether or not the Act requires it to.

Nothing, unless you choose to write to Tuyo.

This website has no forms, no accounts, no comments and no newsletter. It does not ask you for any information.

The Contact page gives one email address, business@tuyo.capital. If you write to that address, Tuyo receives what you send: your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message and any attachments.

This website sets no cookies.

Tuyo's hosting provider, Cloudflare, runs Cloudflare Web Analytics on this website. It counts page views and measures how quickly pages load, using a small script that Cloudflare adds to each page. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or local storage to collect these measurements, and that it does not fingerprint individual visitors by their IP address, browser or any other data. Tuyo sees only aggregate figures, such as the number of visits a page received.

This website uses no other analytics software, no advertising trackers and no tracking pixels, and it loads no other scripts, fonts or content from third-party services. Tuyo checked this on 3 September 2026, the date of this policy. If Tuyo adds other analytics or cookies to this website in future, it will update this policy at the same time.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which operates a global network. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, your browser type and the address of the page requested.

Cloudflare uses that information to deliver the site and to protect it against attacks, and it may process that information outside Australia. Tuyo does not use this information to identify you.

Tuyo uses what you send for the purpose you sent it. That means reading your message, replying to you, considering the company, opportunity or partnership you describe, and keeping a record of the correspondence.

Tuyo does not add you to any mailing list. Tuyo does not send marketing. Tuyo does not sell personal information.

Tuyo shares what you send only where it is needed for that purpose. It may share it with the principals and staff of Tuyo. It may share it with Tuyo's professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where your message concerns a matter they are advising on. It may share it with the providers that host Tuyo's email and file storage, which handle information on Tuyo's behalf and on its instructions. It will share it where the law requires.

Tuyo's email is hosted by Google. Google may store it outside Australia, including in the United States. Where Tuyo discloses personal information to a recipient outside Australia, Tuyo takes reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Tuyo keeps correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose above, and for any period the law requires.

Tuyo takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Email is not a secure channel, and Tuyo cannot guarantee the security of information while it is in transit.

If a data breach involving your personal information is likely to result in serious harm, Tuyo will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires it.

You may ask Tuyo what personal information it holds about you, ask Tuyo to correct it, or ask Tuyo to delete it. Write to business@tuyo.capital. Tuyo will respond within 30 days.

Tuyo may need to confirm your identity before it acts on a request.

If you believe Tuyo has mishandled your personal information, write to business@tuyo.capital with the word Privacy in the subject line. Tuyo will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with the reply, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Tuyo may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

The interim notice will be removed when Tuyo's legal advisers have completed their review.
